Ducommun Announces Dividend Suspension

LOS ANGELES, May 05, 2011 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Ducommun Incorporated (NYSE: DCO) today announced that, in view of the pending acquisition of LaBarge, Inc., the Company's Board of Directors has decided to suspend the quarterly cash dividend.
