LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 9, 2009--
Ducommun Incorporated (NYSE:DCO) today announced that its Board of
Directors has unanimously elected Anthony J. Reardon, currently
president and chief operating officer, to the additional position of
chief executive officer as well as a member of the Board of Directors
effective January 1, 2010. Mr. Reardon will succeed Joseph C. Berenato,
who will retain his position as chairman.

Mr. Reardon was named president and chief operating officer of Ducommun
in January 2008. From January 2003 to December 2007, he was president of
Ducommun AeroStructures, Ducommun’s largest subsidiary. Prior to joining
Ducommun, Tony had over 25 years of experience in roles of increasing
roles of responsibility in areas of manufacturing, engineering,
marketing and general management, starting with Sundstrand Aviation in
Rockford, Illinois. He had a B.A. in Business Administration from Loras
College in Dubuque, Iowa and has done graduate work at Northern Illinois
University.
